Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to making a positive impact
- ability to remain stationary and move well-paced for up to 4 hours
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- ability to handle disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- ability to effectively interact with guests and team members
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door
- assist servers by delivering food and beverages
- maintain the overall guest flow and seating arrangements
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, bar, and kitchen
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- adhere to health and safety standards
- support a clean and sanitary work environment
