Job Requirements

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome as they enter the restaurant
- manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently to maintain smooth dining room flow
- communicate with guests throughout their wait with a positive and approachable attitude
- ensure each table is clean and set for the next guests
- assist team members in maintaining a friendly and efficient dining atmosphere
- stay calm and organized during busy shifts to help the team succeed
- participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills
