Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues calmly

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make a positive first impression
- Guide guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Present clean menus and offer meal suggestions to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure regular sanitization and disinfection of guest and team member touch points
- Thank guests genuinely and invite them back to encourage repeat visits
- Maintain a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
