Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- willingness to perform fast-paced physical activity for up to 8 hours
- basic proficiency in phone and order management
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role beneficial

Job Duties
- Greet guests courteously and promptly

- answer phone calls and direct to-go orders accurately
- manage the wait list and call-ahead seating system
- maintain cleanliness of lobby, menus, and restrooms
- keep host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
- perform physical tasks including lifting and fast-paced mobility
