Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to making an impact
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and/or masks throughout entire shift
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- team player with a positive attitude
- basic math skills for handling payments
- physical stamina to perform duties
Job Duties
- greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment
- support a clean and safe dining environment
