Job Duties
- Politely and cheerfully greet and seat guests
- provide excellent customer service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- ensure proper plating including additions and substitutions prior to bringing food to guests
- assist wait staff in bussing, cleaning and re-setting tables
- maintain a clean and safe work area
- restock work area
