The Bay Club Company (TBCC) is a distinguished hospitality and wellness company known for delivering exceptional experiences through its exclusive clubs. TBCC operates multiple facilities that blend luxury, comfort, and a rich sense of community, catering to members who value quality service and a broad array of amenities including fitness centers, pools, dining venues, and social event spaces. Established to create an environment where members can enjoy a holistic approach to lifestyle and wellness, TBCC places a high emphasis on its unique culture and values that guide every employee’s actions and interactions. The company's inclusive culture is embodied in what they call the "Code of Culture," which highlights respect for tradition, accountability, teamwork, and continuous personal and professional growth. This culture ensures each member and guest enjoys a consistently outstanding experience, reinforcing the Club's position as a premier community hub for recreation and social engagement.
The Operations Associate role is integral to the smooth functioning of the Club's day-to-day activities. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, service-oriented environments and are passionate about hospitality and member satisfaction. The Operations Associate supports a broad range of operational tasks across different areas within the club, such as the reception desk, café, pool deck, parking garage, and other club facilities depending on the specific needs of the location. This role is perfect for those seeking to broaden their knowledge across various operational functions and to develop a career in hospitality management.
At its core, the Operations Associate is committed to delivering the highest level of member service by greeting members and guests warmly, verifying memberships, offering information about club programs and facilities, and ensuring that guest registration and fee processes are accurately completed. They contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, consistently upholding hygiene and safety standards across club premises. Their responsibilities may also include operating cash registers, processing payments, managing reservations for classes and programs, and providing crucial support to food and beverage teams during service times.
Beyond technical duties, Operations Associates embody the club’s values by fostering an atmosphere of respect, responsibility, and proactive engagement. The position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a cooperative spirit to work as part of a cohesive team dedicated to exceeding member expectations. Since the club operates during extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, flexibility is essential. The role also provides an enriching opportunity to develop skills such as conflict resolution, organizational efficiency, and customer relationship management in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
This position is offered as part-time or full-time employment, with compensation ranging from $19.16 to $22.16 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair and competitive wages. TBCC also values its employees’ growth and offers professional development opportunities to help associates advance within the hospitality industry. Joining TBCC as an Operations Associate means becoming part of a vibrant community where your contributions directly enhance the member experience, and your career can flourish within a reputable and mission-driven company.
