Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capable of managing guest waitlists and seating arrangements
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Job Qualifications

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage guests with warmth and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation and seating software a plus

Job Duties
- Set the stage for an indulgent dining experience with friendly hospitality
- Ensure guest touch points are regularly sanitized and cleaned
- Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain high standards of health and safety practices
- Support team member wellness and safe restaurant environment
