  • Flexible schedule including availability evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests warmly and courteously
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations accurately
  • Engage guests in friendly conversation when seating and introducing servers
  • Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return
  • Ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized host station
