Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests warmly and courteously
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations accurately
- Engage guests in friendly conversation when seating and introducing servers
- Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return
- Ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized host station
