- able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for managing waitlists
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure
- strong team player with a positive attitude
- willingness to learn and adapt
- previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage the waitlist to optimize dining room flow
- update guests regularly with a friendly demeanor
- ensure tables are clean and prepared for incoming guests
- maintain a calm and positive attitude during busy periods
- collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
