Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
Familiarity with reservation management software
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow
Provide guests with information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution
