Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- compliance with health and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- guide guests to their assigned tables promptly and efficiently
- present guests with clean menus and assist with menu suggestions
- ensure the regular sanitization and disinfection of guest and team member touch points
- manage guest flow and waitlist during busy periods
- thank guests sincerely for their visit and invite them to return
- uphold Olive Garden’s safety and sanitation standards at all times
