Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize wait times and dining flow
- Present clean menus and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
- Assist guests with initial inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and entrance area
