Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and host them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables efficiently and ensure seating arrangements follow restaurant protocols
- Present clean menus to guests and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points to maintain a safe environment
- Manage guest reservations and waitlists accurately
- Thank guests genuinely upon departure and invite them to return
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
