Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- manage the seating of guests and maintain wait lists effectively
- ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- present clean menus and assist guests with menu suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- thank guests sincerely and invite them back to the restaurant
- maintain a clean and safe host station area
- collaborate with restaurant team members to ensure smooth guest flow
