- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
- Present clean menus and provide meal suggestions to enhance dining experience
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to maintain smooth operations
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station
