Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude
- Engage in conversation when seating guests and introducing their servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during busy periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Ensure all guest touchpoints are regularly sanitized and cleaned
- Thank guests genuinely as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant environment according to health and safety standards
- Assist with coordinating seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
