Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude
  • Engage in conversation when seating guests and introducing their servers
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during busy periods to set accurate guest expectations
  • Ensure all guest touchpoints are regularly sanitized and cleaned
  • Thank guests genuinely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant environment according to health and safety standards
  • Assist with coordinating seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
