Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile
- Guide guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
- Present guests with clean menus and answer any questions regarding the menu
- Maintain cleanliness by regularly sanitizing and disinfecting guest seating areas and high-touch surfaces
- Manage the waitlist and communicate wait times honestly and clearly
- Support dining room staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them back for future visits
