- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- manage guest seating and table assignments efficiently
- sanitize and disinfect various guest and team member touchpoints regularly
- present clean menus and provide suggestions to enhance the dining experience
- sincerely thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station area
- assist in balancing guest flow to ensure timely seating and optimal service
