Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interact cordially with guests and team members
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Guide guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
- Present guests with clean menus and provide helpful dining suggestions
- Ensure guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Manage waiting lists and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
- Thank guests genuinely and invite them to return
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards consistently
