As a Host at Olive Garden, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating the first and lasting impression on our guests. As the final step in the dining experience, hosts thank guests sincerely for their visit, wish them well, and invite them back. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly greeting
- Guide guests to their assigned tables promptly and courteously
- Present clean menus to guests and provide helpful dining suggestions

- Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area
- Thank guests genuinely for their visit and invite them to return
- Assist with managing waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
