Responsibilities include ensuring all guest touch points are regularly sanitized and cleaned, managing the waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations, and facilitating the smooth introduction of guests to their servers. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage guest flow during peak hours
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
