This Host position at Olive Garden is an integral role within the front-of-house team, responsible for creating the guests' first and lasting impressions. Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- manage seating arrangements and maintain waitlists
- ensure guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- present clean menus and assist guests with menu suggestions
- thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front dining area
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to provide a seamless guest experience
