Olive Garden offers flexible schedules to accommodate life commitments such as school, childcare, and family care. Employees enjoy weekly pay, anniversary pay, and paid sick leave starting from the date of hire. After one year of service, employees become eligible for paid family and medical leave, as well as participation in a 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions to support long-term financial planning.
Additional perks include free limited-menu employee meals, discounts on cellphones, travel, electronics, and much more.
