Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Willingness to provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ability to handle busy shifts with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety practices
- Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team setting
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and with a friendly smile
- Guide guests to their tables and present clean menus
- Maintain cleanliness by regularly sanitizing and disinfecting guest and team member touch points
- Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest experience
- Provide suggestions to improve guests’ dining experiences
- Thank guests sincerely for their visit and invite them to return
- Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming dining environment
