Job Duties
- Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience with every guest
- Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
- Manage restaurant waiting lists during high volume periods
- Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
- Sincerely thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- Ensure various guest touchpoints are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Coordinate with servers for smooth guest transitions
