In addition, team members enjoy weekly pay and anniversary pay as recognition of their dedication. Paid sick leave accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, starting immediately upon hire, and after one year of service, employees become eligible for paid family and medical leave of up to two weeks.
