- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to adhere to restaurant safety and sanitation policies
- basic math skills for managing seating and waitlist
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
