High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Seat guests promptly and efficiently
Ensure guest touch points are clean and sanitized
Communicate party counts and seating arrangements to servers and managers
Assist servers and managers to ensure smooth operation
Thank guests genuinely as they leave
Help create a positive and fun atmosphere for guests and team
