Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- Ensure all guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume times to set guest expectations
- Introduce guests to their servers with courtesy
- Thank guests genuinely as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized work environment
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety for team members and guests
