The role of Hospitality/Office Services Supervisor at the Santa Monica office is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Offering a competitive salary between $68,640 and $70,000, this position is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills and experience in customer service, office support, and vendor management. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years proven experience in customer service environment preferably in legal or financial services
  • 3 or more years experience in office support including administration, facilities, hospitality, reception, reprographics, and mailroom
  • Understanding of USPS regulations
  • Understanding reprographics equipment and usage
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Prior vendor management experience preferred
  • Basic profit and loss knowledge a plus
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing tasks under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Adherence to company and client policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee contracted operations to meet contract and client needs while addressing employee needs
  • Manage client relationships by ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Establish and sustain quality service delivery through standard procedures and achieving goals
  • Drive continuous improvement and resolve client escalated issues
  • Manage employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and off-boarding
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and SLAs using corrective actions as needed
  • Engage in regular communication with employees through team meetings and one-on-ones
  • Manage staffing and workflow volumes using management systems
  • Create and distribute monthly invoices meeting contract requirements
  • Present monthly client service reviews discussing improvements and benefits
  • Solicit regular client feedback
  • Foster cross-training and teamwork to optimize service delivery
  • Educate clients on Williams Lea services and business impact
  • Identify account growth and service opportunities and escalate to management
  • Participate or lead implementation projects for new business within client accounts
  • Adhere to Williams Lea and client site policies
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
