Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior event, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
- strong attention to detail, professionalism, and punctuality
- ability to work effectively as part of a team-based service model
- clear and confident communication skills

- willingness to comply with interview dress code and grooming standards

Job Duties
- Facilitate FOH operations by assisting with pre-shift training, checking in Flexers, and reviewing event expectations
- act as the primary FOH point of contact during the shift, supporting Flexer questions and resolving guest escalations
- provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members while actively working the floor
- perform hands-on event service, including tray service and team-based service execution
- manage and work assigned stations alongside the team, passing plates, attending food stations, etc., to ensure high service standards
- work assigned stations with your team, passing plates, passing beverages, attending stations, etc.
