Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or event service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable transportation or ability to commute to event locations
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in event hospitality, catering, or related fields preferred
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team-based service model

- proven ability to handle guest escalations diplomatically
- flexible availability to work varied shifts based on event schedules
Job Duties
- Facilitate FOH operations by assisting with pre-shift training, checking in Flexers, and reviewing event expectations
- act as the primary FOH point of contact during the shift, supporting Flexer questions and resolving guest escalations
- provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members while actively working the floor
- perform hands-on event service, including tray service and team-based service execution
- manage and work assigned stations alongside the team such as passing plates and attending food stations to ensure high service standards
- work assigned stations with your team including passing plates, beverages, and attending stations
