The Event Hospitality Team Leader / Captain role with Indeed Flex represents an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals aiming to lead teams in dynamic, upscale event settings. This position involves working directly at clients' locations to oversee front-of-house operations during high-end events, ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets client expectations. This involves managing station assignments, facilitating communication, resolving guest issues, and actively participating in event service, such as tray and team-based service. Your leadership will ensure adherence to high standards of hospitality, contributing to the success and reputation of the client events.

The role requires a strong focus on professionalism, punctuality, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively within a team-based service model, demonstrating leadership by example on the event floor. Prior experience in events, catering, or hospitality is preferred to navigate the fast-paced, detail-oriented environment effectively. A key part of the position is maintaining a positive guest experience, even under pressure, by providing clear direction and support to Flexers while addressing any challenges proactively.

Indeed Flex encourages candidates to present themselves professionally, especially during the interview process, adhering to a specified dress code that includes an all-black button-up shirt, vest, tie, full-length suit pants with a belt, and black dress or non-slip shoes. Proper grooming standards must also be met to align with the upscale nature of the events served.

Working with Indeed Flex as an Event Hospitality Team Leader offers flexibility through event-based shifts, the chance to gain leadership experience in premium hospitality environments, and opportunities to enhance your professional skills working at a variety of prestigious venues. Additionally, Indeed Flex supports its workers with benefits such as referral bonuses and champions equal opportunity employment, emphasizing inclusivity and accommodating qualified individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals seeking flexible, rewarding work that fosters career growth and professional excellence.
