This specific role is for an Event Hospitality Team Leader / Captain position, focused on leadership within high-end event environments. As a pivotal member of the front-of-house team, the Event Hospitality Team Leader will take charge during events at client worksites, supervising and supporting service staff to guarantee a seamless guest experience. Job Duties

  • Facilitate FOH operations by assisting with pre-shift training, checking in Flexers, and reviewing event expectations
  • Act as the primary FOH point of contact during the shift, supporting Flexer questions and resolving guest escalations
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members while actively working the floor
  • Perform hands-on event service, including tray service and team-based service execution
  • Manage and work assigned stations alongside the team, such as passing plates and attending food stations, to ensure high service standards
