Job Duties
- Facilitate FOH operations by assisting with pre-shift training, checking in Flexers, and reviewing event expectations
- Act as the primary FOH point of contact during the shift, supporting Flexer questions and resolving guest escalations
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members while actively working the floor
- Perform hands-on event service, including tray service and team-based service execution
- Manage and work assigned stations alongside the team, such as passing plates and attending food stations, to ensure high service standards
