The Hospitality Specialist role at Epiq offers an exceptional career opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking a balanced work-life experience without the challenge of night, weekend, or holiday shifts. This position is uniquely designed to bring your food and beverage or hotel expertise into a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., where you will support high-level meetings, events, and day-to-day office hospitality needs in a prestigious law firm environment. This role focuses on delivering concierge-style service with professionalism and integrity, ensuring that clients and colleagues experience a seamless blend of hospitality and legal business support. The Hospitality Specialist is responsible for setting up meeting rooms based on client specifications, performing floor inspections to ensure cleanliness and supply availability in conference rooms and kitchens, and providing overall support for miscellaneous requests and flex services. You will also be expected to utilize various software and event planning tools to manage tasks effectively and work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, will play a critical role in maintaining a professional and responsive presence, while the ability to maintain confidentiality and anticipate client needs enhances the quality of service provided. This position offers a compensation range of 19.00 to 22.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus, dependent on your location, experience, and qualifications.
