Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- Customer service skills
- Basic mathematical computations skills
- Ability to promote brand integrity
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times

- Ability to adapt to change
- Menu knowledge
- Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in serving alcoholic beverages
- Other legally required certifications as applicable
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers positively and seat them efficiently
- Take and process to-go orders accurately via phone and online platforms
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, restrooms, and parking lot
- Assist in stocking and maintaining wait stations and bar areas
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Ensure proper cash handling and order accuracy
- Promote current menu items, specials, and merchandise sales
