- Possess basic mathematical computation skills

- Have menu knowledge
- Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS
- Must have valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in the service of alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately upon arrival and seat guests efficiently
- Manage the flow of the restaurant to ensure excellent service
- Take to-go orders via phone, delivery apps, online platforms, and walk-ins
- Package to-go orders accurately and receive payment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the parking lot, front of house, restrooms, and wait stations
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Assist in stocking and cleanliness of bar area and perform food runner tasks
