Job Description

Harvest Table Culinary Group is a distinguished hospitality company specializing in providing exceptional food service experiences. Rooted in service and united by a shared mission, Harvest Table Culinary Group is committed to doing great things for its employees, partners, communities, and the planet. The company fosters an inclusive environment where every employee enjoys equal employment opportunities and is encouraged to participate fully in the organization. Harvest Table Culinary Group firmly stands against discrimination on any basis, including race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, military status, or any other characteristics protected by law. As a leader in the food service industry, Harvest Table Culinary Group prides itself on operational excellence, safety standards, and building strong client relationships.

The role at hand is a key position responsible for assisting with the overall operations of food service accounts. The individual will play an essential part in developing and executing strategies designed to meet both operating and financial goals. One of the primary functions of this role is to ensure that all restaurant operations align with Harvest Table's Executional Framework, which is built to create a best-in-class dining experience. This involves coaching associates, creating a shared understanding of goals, and promoting execution strategies that ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position is responsible for rewarding, recognizing, and developing staff members to cultivate a motivated and efficient team.

The position demands a strong focus on maintaining high safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients, guests, and associates alike. Responsibilities span from building and maintaining effective client relationships to managing financial performance tightly. Collaboration with clients to identify needs and keep communication lines clear about operational progress contributes to sustainable business success.

Financial management is another critical area of focus, requiring the incumbent to follow all internal processes and systems meticulously. They must manage revenues while controlling costs related to food, beverage, and labor. Budget adherence and the proper completion of Profit and Loss statements are required to monitor financial health and achieve or exceed predetermined targets.

The role also emphasizes productivity through the implementation of Harvest Table's food and labor agendas. Efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management are key to creating value. The person in this role will support operations related to production, distribution, and overall food service functions to ensure smooth workflows.

Moreover, compliance with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations—including those concerning health, safety, and wage and hour practices—is essential. This role demands professionalism in maintaining operational excellence fundamentals and promoting a positive work culture.

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of relevant experience, including one to three years in a management capacity. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, alongside a strong value system characterized by unquestioned integrity and excellent communication and listening skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated food service professional seeking to contribute to a forward-thinking, values-driven organization that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Join Harvest Table Culinary Group and be part of an inspiring team that nurtures growth, innovation, and community impact through outstanding culinary operations.
