Effective communication with the Banquet Manager and kitchen staff is essential to accommodate guest orders and dietary requirements promptly. You will verify the accuracy of prepared dishes to ensure quality service is delivered timely. Additionally, you will assist with the setup of tables, which includes linens, china, glassware, silverware, and décor according to the specific needs of each event. Proactively anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns efficiently is a crucial element of this position, aiming to maintain high satisfaction throughout all events.

This position demands a hands-on approach, including setting up, cleaning, and organizing tables, buffets, and food stations as required for different functions.
