As a member of the Four Seasons team, individuals will engage in providing impeccable banquet catering services, ensuring that guests’ experiences are not only satisfying but also memorable, conducted in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities include offering fixed menu options with thorough knowledge of the dishes' sources, flavor profiles, and preparation methods. Effective communication of guest orders and dietary needs to the banquet management and kitchen staff is crucial, as is verifying the accuracy and timely delivery of each dish. The role also involves assisting with detailed table setups, which includes arranging linens, china, glassware, silverware, and décor in line with the specific event requirements. - High school education
- At least one year of banquet catering experience
- Strong oral communication skills in English
- Ability to manage and support a tray load effectively
- Demonstrated proficiency in communicating with team members and guests
- Legal authorization for employment in the United States

- Assist with table setups including linens, china, glassware, silverware, and décor according to event requirements
- Anticipate guest needs, address concerns quickly, and ensure high satisfaction throughout events
