As a member of the Four Seasons team, individuals will engage in providing impeccable banquet catering services, ensuring that guests’ experiences are not only satisfying but also memorable, conducted in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities include offering fixed menu options with thorough knowledge of the dishes' sources, flavor profiles, and preparation methods. Effective communication of guest orders and dietary needs to the banquet management and kitchen staff is crucial, as is verifying the accuracy and timely delivery of each dish. The role also involves assisting with detailed table setups, which includes arranging linens, china, glassware, silverware, and décor in line with the specific event requirements. Anticipating the needs of guests and resolving concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels is an essential part of the position. Candidates will also be responsible for setting up and organizing tables, buffets, and food stations, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout various functions.
