The role of a Banquet Server at Four Seasons focuses on delivering exceptional event service with personalized and attentive hospitality. As a Banquet Server, you will play an integral role in the success of events by offering guests fixed menu options while having comprehensive knowledge of each dish's source, flavor profile, and preparation process. Your responsibilities will include communicating guest orders and dietary needs accurately and promptly with the Banquet Manager or kitchen staff, verifying the accuracy of prepared dishes, and ensuring timely and high-quality service. - Strong oral communication skills in English
