Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration hospitality management marketing or related field
- 5+ years experience in FF&E product sales in the Hospitality industry
- proven ability to cultivate relationships with decision makers
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends early mornings and late evenings
- ability to adapt to complex distribution channels
- ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- commitment dependability and punctuality
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Marketing or related field
- 5+ years in FF&E product sales in the Hospitality industry
- proven track record of cultivating relationships with key decision makers
- comprehensive understanding of the FF&E and/or lighting specifiers
- passion for design and construction markets
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- ability to foster teamwork and cooperation
- exceptional organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication across email chat and phone
- flexible schedule availability
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of the project life-cycle from specification to procurement
- conduct 16 face to face sales calls per week
- present Visual Comfort’s value proposition effectively to influence customers
- network with developers design and procurement firms
- manage existing customers to ensure retention and growth
- use proprietary CRM to manage schedule with existing and target customers
- develop strong knowledge of Visual Comfort’s product offerings service value propositions and operating systems
