Visual Comfort & Co. offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary of $80,000 complemented by monthly commissions, providing substantial financial incentives based on performance. This position operates under a hybrid work model, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities, with core hours set Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, aligning work-life balance with business needs. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration hospitality management marketing or related field
- 5+ years experience in FF&E product sales in the Hospitality industry
- proven ability to cultivate relationships with decision makers
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends early mornings and late evenings
- ability to adapt to complex distribution channels

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Marketing or related field
- 5+ years in FF&E product sales in the Hospitality industry

- passion for design and construction markets

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of the project life-cycle from specification to procurement
- conduct 16 face to face sales calls per week
