As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on the hospitality sector, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining key operational staff, including housekeepers, housemen, and laundry attendants. Your expertise will help build a reliable and efficient team that upholds the company’s standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the hospitality industry, a keen eye for talent, and excellent communication skills to develop strong relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred to facilitate effective communication in a diverse work environment. This role requires the ability to provide professional references and navigate multiple recruitment channels to identify and secure top talent efficiently. Working collaboratively with management and department heads, you will design and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and promote a culture of retention and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong ability to attract, hire, and retain housekeeping, houseman, and laundry attendants
- Extensive networking capabilities within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must provide professional references
