In addition to leadership and operational skills, the role demands compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including holding a valid driver’s license, meeting driver insurability under corporate policy, and successfully passing all regulatory and security background screenings necessary for work on the specified contracts.

The working conditions entail a blend of indoor work and mobility across multiple locations under varying weather conditions throughout the year. Flexibility in work schedules is essential as the role may require shifts during early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head level, and lift weights up to 50 pounds on occasion.
