The Aramark Hospitality Manager position at SUNY Farmingdale is a key management role responsible for overseeing and managing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. This salaried role offers compensation between $75,000 and $85,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision coverage, and work/life resources, among others. The Hospitality Manager will lead the front-of-house operations, including residential dining and cafeteria services, working closely with the Food Service Director to plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The Hospitality Manager will leverage Aramark's coaching model to develop and engage team members, ensuring individual and team performance meets company and client expectations. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the entire team is fully trained to implement operational excellence fundamentals, including food and labor initiatives.
