Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to relocate to Montana
- availability to start between February and June
- strong passion for hospitality and guest service
- physical ability to perform housekeeping and operational duties
- excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- prior experience in luxury hospitality or resort operations preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency with hospitality management software
- exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of food safety and fine dining protocols
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs
Job Duties
- master housekeeping standards through cleaning and inspections
- lead teams and coordinate staff scheduling
- manage inventory and logistical operations
- handle guest service recovery with professionalism
- oversee food and beverage services ensuring luxury-level guest experience
- manage reservations and dietary requests with accuracy
- supervise dining operations including event setup and health compliance
