Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to relocate to Montana
  • availability to start between February and June
  • strong passion for hospitality and guest service
  • physical ability to perform housekeeping and operational duties
  • excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
  • prior experience in luxury hospitality or resort operations preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency with hospitality management software
  • exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and fine dining protocols
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs

Job Duties

  • master housekeeping standards through cleaning and inspections
  • lead teams and coordinate staff scheduling
  • manage inventory and logistical operations
  • handle guest service recovery with professionalism
  • oversee food and beverage services ensuring luxury-level guest experience
  • manage reservations and dietary requests with accuracy
  • supervise dining operations including event setup and health compliance
