Job Description
Paws Up Montana stands as America's premier luxury ranch resort, nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Montana. This family-owned, award-winning destination beautifully captures the essence of the American West while continually innovating to deliver a world-class luxury experience tailored for affluent and influential travelers worldwide. Guests at Paws Up Montana are invited to immerse themselves in Montana's rugged natural beauty, all while enjoying the resort's unparalleled service and luxurious comforts that have become iconic to this extraordinary destination.
As a Hospitality Manager in Training (MIT) at Paws Up Montana, you will embark on an 18-month immersive leadership program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience necessary for success in the luxury hospitality industry. This program offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply with all facets of resort operations, from mastering hospitality software and managing dining services to overseeing housekeeping and ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes activities. You will learn to uphold the resort's high standards of service and operational excellence, contributing to exceptional guest experiences that define Paws Up Montana.
The role requires a passion for hospitality, a knack for building strong connections with guests and colleagues, a love for the outdoors, and an adventurous spirit. Throughout the program, you will rotate through multiple departments, gaining invaluable insights and leadership capabilities across key areas of the resort. The program phases include a six-month rotation in housekeeping, focusing on luxury tent operations and Forbes 5-star service standards; a six-month rotation in food and beverage, which emphasizes fine dining, guest communication, and supervisory skills; and a tailored six-month rotation that allows you to deepen your leadership abilities and explore other operational areas aligned with your interests and the resort's business needs.
Participants should be prepared to start between February and June, with some flexibility in rotation lengths depending on proficiency and operational requirements. Successful completion of the program may lead to a rewarding full-time leadership position within Paws Up Montana, furthering your career in one of the most prestigious luxury hospitality environments.
Paws Up Montana is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive workplace that prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind. The resort values diversity and ensures fair treatment in all employment aspects, including recruiting, hiring, promotion, and compensation. Benefits offered to team members include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K with employer match; generous paid time off including floating holidays and personal days; career development opportunities; and supportive programs such as life insurance, disability coverage, employee assistance, and more.
Joining Paws Up Montana means becoming part of a dedicated team passionate about delivering extraordinary experiences in a setting that blends luxury with Montana's iconic natural beauty. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding career in luxury resort hospitality management.
