This full-time, in-person role based in Dallas, TX 75214 is designed for a hands-on leader who is driven to elevate guest satisfaction and team performance. The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple luxury Airbnb units, ensuring each property is thoroughly prepared and delivered to the highest standards upon guest arrival. This position requires a dynamic individual skilled in team leadership, operations management, and luxury service delivery. Collaborating closely with staff, the manager will foster a culture of accountability and excellence, leading by example to achieve consistent 5-star reviews and repeat guest business. The role involves supervising property readiness inspections, managing inventory and company vehicles, coordinating scheduling for bookings and events, and maintaining operational budgets through systems such as Hostfully and AppFolio. Weekend coverage is required, highlighting the need for flexibility and dedication to the guest experience at all times.
The ideal candidate will bring more than two years of leadership experience in hospitality or property management, ideally gained in boutique hotels, luxury vacation rentals, or similar upscale environments. With strong organizational capabilities and expertise in PMS software, the Hospitality Manager will be adept at balancing operational efficiency with personalized service touches that exceed guest expectations. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hospitality or property management leadership experience
- Experience managing teams in luxury hospitality or similar environments
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with PMS such as Hostfully and AppFolio
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Availability to work weekends

Job Duties
- Lead, supervise, and support team members while maintaining accountability and high performance standards
- Deliver exceptional concierge-style guest services, including coordinating tours, reservations, events, and personalized experiences
- Conduct property inspections and oversee unit readiness prior to guest arrivals
- Manage inventory systems, storage organization, and company vehicle oversight
- Reconcile accounts and assist with operational budgets and pricing management through Hostfully
- Coordinate scheduling, open houses, relocation bookings, and event calendars
- Provide weekend operational coverage as needed
