Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of hospitality or property management leadership experience
  • Experience managing teams in luxury hospitality or similar environments
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with PMS such as Hostfully and AppFolio
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
  • Availability to work weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hospitality or property management leadership experience
  • Experience managing teams in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, Airbnb, or similar environments
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills
  • Experience with PMS systems such as Hostfully and AppFolio
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Weekend availability required

Job Duties

  • Lead, supervise, and support team members while maintaining accountability and high performance standards
  • Deliver exceptional concierge-style guest services, including coordinating tours, reservations, events, and personalized experiences
  • Conduct property inspections and oversee unit readiness prior to guest arrivals
  • Manage inventory systems, storage organization, and company vehicle oversight
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with operational budgets and pricing management through Hostfully
  • Coordinate scheduling, open houses, relocation bookings, and event calendars
  • Provide weekend operational coverage as needed
