The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple luxury Airbnb units, ensuring each property is thoroughly prepared and delivered to the highest standards upon guest arrival. This position requires a dynamic individual skilled in team leadership, operations management, and luxury service delivery. Collaborating closely with staff, the manager will foster a culture of accountability and excellence, leading by example to achieve consistent 5-star reviews and repeat guest business. The role involves supervising property readiness inspections, managing inventory and company vehicles, coordinating scheduling for bookings and events, and maintaining operational budgets through systems such as Hostfully and AppFolio. Weekend coverage is required, highlighting the need for flexibility and dedication to the guest experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will bring more than two years of leadership experience in hospitality or property management, ideally gained in boutique hotels, luxury vacation rentals, or similar upscale environments.
