Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred
  • Proven experience in hospitality management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer issues effectively
  • Organizational and time-management skills

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Review and prepare reports for senior management
