Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle guest concerns effectively
Knowledge of reservation systems such as Open Table
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

Role modelling hospitality to our guests and team members
A focus on guest relationships and front door operations
Responding to guest compliments and concerns
Communicating and connecting with guests to ensure satisfaction at an exceptional level
Assist in developing team members
Leading preshift meetings and bringing energy to the shift
Utilize Open Table software and organize reservations
